It's Gonna Get Colder Before It Gets Warmer

Stop off at Digital Pillage in Romford for a midi keyboard controller with loads of knobs on it. Spend every last imperial decimalised penny of my loose change on UK duty paid diesel. Get to Dover with enough time to hit tesco for a last go at a British supermarket.
Then head down to the docks, but find myself waiting at the back of a big queue of lorries for ages. Seems it'll now be the 10pm ferry, but I'm not in a rush.
So here I am sat in lane 114 with the engine off. Tidy up the cab ready for french customs, and find my euro notes. They'll start loading us up sometime around 9.15. It's cold, really cold, and I need to fix my heater fan. It's gonna get colder before it gets warmer. Here come the guys in fluorescent. Yet more waiting, and finally here we go.
